Custom Training: $2,500 - 3,000 per training hour up to 30 people inclusive of prep (No recording, not including extra requested materials/subscriptions, or travel)
Existing Training: $1,000 - 1,500 per training hour up to 30 people (No recording, not including extra requested materials/subscriptions, or travel)
Policy or Sensitivity Consulting: $300 - $400 per meeting hour (excludes document review over 10 pages)
Policy or Document Review & Written Report: $350 - $450 per hour minimum 2 hours
Ala Carte Training Creation without Presentation: $300 - 400 per hour minimum 3 hours
Business or Executive Functioning Coaching: $350 - $500 per hour per person
*Additional Charges apply and must be negotiated for recording, travel, additional staffing, materials, bigger groups, and/or additional meetings or labor requests.
For non-profits: I may decrease the rate depending on size, funding, and praxis alignment. This means that I prioritize my free or lowest negotiated rates for grassroots abolitionist or liberatory organizations with leadership who are Black, Trans, and Disabled.
